Customer Service / Sales Support

RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate daily with current and potential customers Maintain the existing account base sales and help qualify and nurture sales leads Help quote existing and potential customers Process and confirm orders to customers and suppliers. Provide order status/tracking Resolve invoicing issues and assist Accounts Receivables when needed Work with the internal sales team and outside sales representatives Enter opportunities, tasks and contacts into Salesforce (CRM) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Required Skills Must be a self-starter High level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work accurately Must have strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills Ability to work within a team environment Preferred Skills Two years industrial customer service experience Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Knowledge of Sales Force CRM software Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience Consolidated has an exceptionally low turn-over rate - with good reason.
