The Franchise Accountant will oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with corporate and franchise financial policies. Core responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records. The role also involves collaborating with franchise partners to address financial inquiries and ensure adherence to company standards.QualificationsExpertise in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and BudgetingProficiency in Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable managementStrong understanding of Financial Statements and General Ledger processesProficiency with Accounting Software and Microsoft ExcelStrong Analytical, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skillsKnowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and auditing processesPrior experience in franchise or real estate accounting is preferredEffective communication and collaboration abilities with a focus on teamwork
