Barefoot Dance Studios is seeking a passionate, dependable, and long-term dance instructor to join our team. We proudly serve over 150 families through both recreational and competitive dance programs for students ages 2–18. We are more than a dance studio, we are a community rooted in Process, Respect, Community, and Creativity.
This is a W2 employee position because we believe in investing in our instructors and building a stable, thriving team.
Position Overview
Part-Time
School year (September–May) with summer teaching opportunities
Various Monday–Thursday availability between 3:45–8:30 PM required
Teaching a variety of styles and age groups (2–18)
Compensation & Benefits
$20–$30 per hour (based on experience)
W2 Employee (not contractor)
Paid training for all employees

What We’re Looking For
Teaching experience, dance degrees, or certifications are encouraged but not required. We provide paid training to all employees.
