This is a key growth position where you'll leverage your salesmanship to connect potential clients with the right solutions from our firm. You'll work closely with our intake and legal team in a collaborative, results-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, understanding client needs, and closing deals.Also, because we are not allowed to go directly to the public, all leads have already reached out to us to inquire about services. NO COLD CALLING.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct consultations to understand prospective clients' legal needs and match them with appropriate services (e.g., estate planning, probate or Medicaid)Present firm capabilities, explain service value, and guide clients through the engagement processManage the sales pipeline, track progress in our CRM, and follow up consistently to convert leads into retained clientsCollaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure smooth handoffs and high client satisfactionMeet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to firm growth strategiesWorking with the Intake team to make sure that no potential client is missedWho You AreProven experience (2+ years) successfully selling legal services directly for a law firm (Strongly Preferred)Background working in a law firm environment—whether as a sales professional, former lawyer, paralegal, or in a client-facing legal roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative, relationship-focused sales approachSelf-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with performance-based incentivesOrganized with strong follow-up habits and understanding of CRM toolsWilling to work on site in our Clearwater firmBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; legal education or certification a plus but not requiredCompensation and BenefitsBase salary: $55,000 per yearUncapped bonus structure with significant earning potential—top performers who consistently meet or exceed targets would achieve total earnings of $120,000–$150,000+ annuallyPTO and sick days after 90 daysUnlimited PTO after one yearFun and \"Non-Stuffy\" atmosphereRelaxed dress codeIn-house training programsWeekly catered meals in the officeFree snacks and drinks in the officeCOMMITMENT TO DIVERSITYatCause Law is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of anyone's race, color, religion, age, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, and actively fosters inclusion in all forms.
