Responsibilities include driving client project initiatives so that all timelines and expectations are met.â ̄MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYPlan, execute, and adapt a diverse array of projects in dynamic environmentsIncorporate input from multiple stakeholders to mobilize groups toward common and ambitious goalsWork effectively with multiple groups of partners to deliver high quality productsSelf-motivate and demonstrate capacity to prioritize, ensuring time is spent on highest leverage actionsConduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate meaningful insightsCommunicate efficiently: break down large and complex analyses into actionable recommendations while reserving the ability to drill deeper as neededManage Consultants: lead their contribution to projects and ensure they develop new skills and professional capacitiesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSâ ̄Bachelor's degree with strong academic backgroundFive to seven (5-7) years of consulting experience or equivalent education/public-sector experienceTwo (2) or more years of management experienceCommitment to our organizational mission and fostering a culture of inclusion in the workplaceA proven track record of exceeding goals and a bottom-line orientation; evidence of the ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment; problem solving, project management, and creative resourcefulnessCapacity for managing and leading people; ability to connect with people both on an individual level and in large groups; capacity to enforce accountability, develop and empower top notch leaders from the bottom up, cultivate entrepreneurship, and learn the strengths and weaknesses of the team so as to put people in a position to succeedExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience working and building relationships with clients and with external stakeholdersAbility to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projectsAn ability to navigate ambiguity comfortably and meet frequent deadlinesA sense of humor and ability to work in a dynamic environmentAbility to travel depending on client needsPREFFERED QUALITIFICATIONSâ ̄â ̄MBA or similar advanced degreeExperience with R, GIS or other data analysis tools/applicationsWHAT WE OFFER:Our world-class work environment encompasses flexible and remote work options, a commitment to equity, and nationally respected teams in management consulting and technology services.
