As a Lead Recruiter, you will oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process-sourcing, screening, and placing-qualified caregivers, direct care staff for in-home care and Adult Day Care programs, as well as operational and corporate roles. Beyond day-to-day recruiting, this role plays a key part in building scalable hiring processes, maintaining compliance, and implementing or optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to support organizational growth. Compensation: $58,000 – $75,000 annually commensurate with experience.Core ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitingSource candidates through job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook Jobs, etc.), community outreach, caregiver referral programs, and staffing agencies as appropriateScreen applications, conduct phone/video interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with care centers or hiring managersAdminister pre-employment processes: background checks, reference checks, TB tests, CPR/First Aid verification, and I-9/E-Verify complianceManage offer letters, onboarding documentation, and new hire orientation coordinationMaintain accurate candidate records and pipeline reportingATS ManagementHeld build out process and operate within existing ATS platforms Build and maintain job postings, candidate pipelines, and automated communication workflows inside the ATSConduct gap analyses and recommend ATS improvements; support implementation or migration of new platforms as neededTrain hiring managers and staff on ATS usage and recruiting best practicesProcess BuildingDesign and document end-to-end recruiting workflows, from job requisition through Day 1 of employmentDevelop standardized interview scorecards, job description templates, and onboarding checklists specific to in-home care roles in partnership with HR partner and leadershipBuild compliance calendars for recurring credential renewals (CPR, HHA certifications, background rechecks) as neededEstablish recruiting KPIs and regular reporting cadences (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, turnover rate, etc.)HRIS Setup & Administration as neededAssist in the implementation, change management, and maximization of HRIS platforms (e.g., Paychex, ADP Workforce Now, Rippling, BambooHR, or similar)Ensure data integrity and compliance with state and federal recordkeeping requirementsCoordinate with payroll, scheduling, and operations teams to align HRIS data with operational needsProvide ongoing HRIS administration and staff support post-launch as neededQualificationsRequired2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in home care, home health, staffing, or a related healthcare or social services fieldDemonstrated experience working within at least one ATS platformKnowledge of I-9, background check, and healthcare employment compliance requirementsExcellent communication, organization, and follow-through skillsPreferredUnderstanding of caregiver/HHA job requirements and typical candidate profilesExperience implementing or configuring an ATS or HRIS in a growth environmentFamiliarity with HRIS platforms Background in process improvement, HR operations, or workforce planningPHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certificationExperience recruiting at scale (500+ hires/year) in a high-turnover care environment
