Beauty Boss Are you passionate about beauty and excited about sales and customer service? Palm Beach Tan is looking for a Beauty Boss to join our dynamic team! As a Beauty Boss, you will guide customers in selecting our top-notch skincare products, helping them feel confident and radiant. You'll thrive in a fun, competitive environment with flexible scheduling, excellent commission opportunities, and fantastic employee discounts. Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience. Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.Responsibilities:Guide customers on our skincare products and their benefitsAssist customers with their tanning needs while adhering to state and local recommendationsAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsKeep the salon clean and organizedManage cash and perform daily administrative tasksTrack personal and team progress towards goalsConsult with customers in a professional and upbeat mannerDeliver exceptional customer serviceQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAt least 18 years of ageReliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekendsAbility to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of timeAbility to lift up to 25 pounds without assistanceNorth Central Tan, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
