Label Operations Coordinator

Coordinate external 3PL Partner and internal employee product orders and related shipping logistics. Maintain internal cloud-based document management system. Manage Virgin Partner Portal (liaise with App Support to assist 3PL partners with login issues, create new accounts, and train newly onboarded labels).Liaise with IT, office services and other internal personnel to resolve day-to-day issues and handle administrative matters.
