Operations Manager
Mackie Myers is partnering with a fast-growing consumer goods business to hire an Operations Manager based in Los Angeles.This is a hands-on leadership role owning end-to-end order execution, customer operations and fulfillment across retail and wholesale channels. The business is scaling quickly, so this person will need to be comfortable improving processes, managing complexity and leading a small team in a high-growth environment.The role will cover:Managing the full order lifecycle across retail, wholesale and intercompany channelsOverseeing order entry, allocation, invoicing, fulfillment performance and issue resolutionActing as the operational point of contact for major retail and distribution partnersPartnering with Sales, Supply Planning, Logistics and Finance to improve service levelsWorking closely with 3PL, warehouse and logistics partnersTracking KPIs including OTIF, fill rate, order accuracy and backlogManaging, coaching and developing a team of Operations SpecialistsImproving systems, reporting, workflows and scalable processesWe are looking for someone with:5+ years of experience across customer operations, order management, fulfillment or supply chainExperience in consumer goods, food & beverage or CPGStrong ERP/order management system experienceAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilityExperience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentA practical, detail-oriented and commercially aware approachThis is an on-site role in Los Angeles with a growing consumer brand that is continuing to expand across major national retail channels.
