Overview In this Senior Manager role, you will lead ground software teams supporting multiple satellite missions, translating plans into actionable objectives and guiding cross‑functional delivery. You will drive lifecycle planning, testing, and delivery within budget while aligning with strategic goals and company values. You’ll collaborate with executives and program stakeholders to optimize processes, recruit top talent, and advance ground systems and mission operations.
