Since our formation in 2019, we have grown to over 1,700 professionals across 18 markets, making us one of the fastest-growing firms in the industry.Role Overview:The Corporate Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the onboarding, ongoing compliance, and corporate administration of Acclime USA clients and their U.S. entities and subsidiaries. The role plays a key part in ensuring clients meet their statutory obligations while receiving a high standard of service and support.This position requires a strong balance of compliance knowledge, client service, administrative coordination, and systems management. The role works closely with internal teams, external service providers, and international colleagues across Acclime’s global network to deliver efficient, accurate, and timely corporate compliance services.Key Responsibilities:Client Onboarding & Corporate ComplianceSupport the onboarding and ongoing compliance of U.S. entities and corporate subsidiaries for Acclime clientsAssist with entity formations, registrations, annual filings, and corporate updates across multiple jurisdictionsCoordinate corporate changes such as registered agent updates, officer/secretary changes, and maintenance filingsRespond to client requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating matters where appropriateClient Administration & Mail ManagementManage client administrative services, including receipt, tracking, and forwarding of statutory and business mailMaintain accurate records of correspondence, filings, and compliance documentationSupport general client administration activities to ensure smooth day-to-day service deliveryVendor & Service Provider CoordinationLiaise with registered agents, filing providers, and other third-party vendors to support client compliance needsAssist with service renewals, disengagements, and coordination with internal finance and operations teamsTrack vendor requests and follow up to ensure timely completion of servicesTeam Support & Workflow CoordinationSupport team operations by assisting with task coordination, tracking deadlines, and updating work status across systemsProvide guidance and support to junior team members where requiredContribute to maintaining organized workflows and consistent service standardsSystems, Data & Administrative SupportUpdate and maintain client records within Acclime’s internal systems, including the CRM (Agility)Ensure client data, filings, and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to dateAssist with general administrative work, reporting, and process documentationContribute to ongoing improvements in systems, templates, and internal processesInternal & Global CollaborationWork closely with the U.S. compliance team to deliver corporate compliance servicesCollaborate with international colleagues across Acclime’s global markets to support cross-border client needsUse digital tools such as Teams, Slack, Agility, and Monday.com to deliver efficient, coordinated servicesKey Requirements:A minimum of two years' experience in corporate compliance, entity management, corporate administration, or a related professional services environmentWorking knowledge of U.S. entity structures (LLCs, Corporations) and state-level compliance requirementsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and prioritiesHigh attention to detail with strong documentation and data management capabilitiesClear, professional communication skills with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholdersComfortable working across CRM systems and digital collaboration toolsProactive, service-oriented mindset with an interest in improving processes and service qualityKey CompetenciesClient-focused and service drivenDetail-oriented and process mindedAble to work independently while contributing to a team environmentAdaptable and comfortable supporting both specialist-level and administrative tasksStrong follow-through and accountabilityHere's what makes this role a winner:Play a pivotal role in shaping ethical and regulatory frameworks.Exposure to diverse industries: Join a dynamic team that works with a broad portfolio of clients.Be part of a global company with ample growth opportunities, professional development and the chance to build a meaningful network.A diverse and inclusive team and offer flexible working arrangements to our staff in terms of hours and location.Ready to grow your career to new heights?
