This Senior Project Manager role focuses on leading high‑impact, cross‑department initiatives that support organizational strategy and operational goals. You’ll take ownership of medium‑ to large‑scale projects from early planning through delivery, balancing scope, cost, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Operating with a high level of independence, you’ll guide teams, influence outcomes, and serve as a trusted partner to both business and technology leaders, including executive stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who combines structure with adaptability, communicates clearly at all levels, and actively contributes to improving how projects are delivered across the organization. What You’ll Be Responsible For Project Delivery & Execution Own the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent initiatives, from intake and planning through deployment and closeout.Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities. Standards, Methods & Controls Execute projects using established project management frameworks, governance checkpoints, and required documentation to support consistent outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement Partner closely with business and IT leaders as a collaborative advisor, including regular interaction with senior management and executive sponsors.Navigate competing priorities and help drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. Planning & Coordination Build and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource forecasts.Tailor planning artifacts and updates to different audiences, from project teams to senior leadership. Communication & Facilitation Lead project meetings with clear agendas and outcomes.Track decisions, risks, and action items to maintain momentum between meetings. Risk & Issue Management Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies early.Actively manage mitigation strategies and escalate concerns when delivery, budget, or resources are at risk. Resource & Portfolio Oversight Coordinate resources across assigned initiatives and highlight capacity constraints.Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date project information within portfolio management tools and dashboards. Reporting & Executive Readouts Develop concise, well‑structured status updates, dashboards, and presentations for project reviews, steering committees, and leadership discussions. Vendor & Solution Evaluation Lead vendor selection activities, including RFP development, product demonstrations, evaluation scoring, and recommended selections.Support contract finalization in collaboration with business partners and procurement teams. Coaching & Enablement Provide guidance to teams and functional leaders on project management practices, tools, and templates.Encourage adoption of PMO standards and continuous improvement across initiatives. Continuous Improvement Contribute insights and lessons learned to strengthen delivery practices, governance, and cross‑team collaboration over time. What You Bring Proven experience managing medium‑ to large‑scale, cross‑functional projects in complex organizationsStrong command of project management disciplines, including planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communicationAbility to operate independently while influencing outcomes across teams without direct authorityComfort working with senior leaders and translating strategic objectives into executable plansClear, confident communication skills—both written and verbalA mindset focused on improvement, accountability, and delivery excellence
