This paid position provides a chance to grow within the food industry while delivering exceptional quality and service. *Duties* * Preparing cookies (mixing dough formation, baking, and decorating), packaging cookies, and adhering strictly to recipes and quality standards * Package finished products efficiently while maintaining presentation quality and food safety standards * Assist in food production processes, ensuring timely delivery of items for service or sale * Decorate cookies with precision, creativity, and attention to detail * Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including mixers, ovens, knives, and other culinary tools * Maintain a clean workspace by following proper sanitation procedures and cleaning schedules * Support food handling protocols to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations *Skills* * Proven experience in food preparation, baking, cookie making, pastry making, or cake decorating within a high-volume setting * Strong knife skills and proficiency in operating kitchen equipment safely * Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to hygiene standards * Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in baked goods and other menu items * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward team members and customers * Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and portioning products precisely * Experience with food industry standards related to packaging, food handling, and kitchen operations * Culinary experience that demonstrates versatility across various food preparation tasks * Attention to detail in pastry decoration, cake presentation, and food presentation overall * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards Join us as a baker where your culinary talents will be valued!
