Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Staff Director of Nursing - Long-Term Care (108-Bed Facility) Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Position Overview The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all nursing services within a 108-bed long-term care facility that includes both rehabilitation and specialty memory care units. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The DON provides clinical and operational oversight for the nursing department and plays a key role in quality improvement, staff development, and regulatory readiness.
