They are seeking a high-autonomy Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer to own and build their entire electrical supply chain from the ground up.In this critical role, you will transition the company from early production into high-volume manufacturing. You aren't just managing vendors; you are the primary technical problem-solver on the factory floor, ensuring the reliability of the world's first truly smart firearm.What You Will DoEnd-to-End Ownership: Own the entire PCB/PCBA supplier category, from global identification and down-selection to qualification, NPI, and full-scale production.Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the hands-on technical owner for all supplier issues. You will work directly on SMT, assembly, and test lines to diagnose defects and lead root cause analysis.Global Travel: Travel extensively (50–75%) to supplier sites, primarily in Asia, to assess capabilities, audit processes, and ensure production readiness in real-time.Scale & Quality: Build a world-class supplier base capable of meeting Class 3 quality standards.
