Location: San Diego (Hybrid - Mission Valley)Job Description:We are looking for a Full Lifecycle Recruiter with 4+ years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on recruiting for the West Coast talent hub, primarily in San Diego but with potential support for Los Angeles, Seattle, and Hawaii. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake calls with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and overseeing onboarding.Key Responsibilities:Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide high-quality service across business units.Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and processes.Meet key performance metrics, such as hires per month.Must-Have Skills:4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, handling high-volume recruitment.Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships.Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience recruiting within the Department of Defense (DoD) environment.Familiarity with recruiting cleared candidates.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.Work Schedule:Core business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.Hybrid schedule: in-office 1-4 times per month.This is a great opportunity for a recruiter with strong full-cycle experience to work in a dynamic environment with room for growth.
