Join our dynamic R&D team to contribute to the future of thermal management!Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled chemist or chemical technician to join our R&D team supporting the high-growth AI/Data Center and Battery Electric Vehicle liquid cooling markets. The ideal candidate will have a degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field and hands-on experience in a wet chemistry and E-Chem laboratory setting. The selected candidate will work independently, under the supervision of senior lab members supporting existing product production and new product development.Key Responsibilities:Blend and prepare data center thermal management fluids for testing and qualification.Support key industry customers/partners through laboratory testing and data.Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a laboratory environment.Independently set up, execute, teardown, and report testing results according to industry standard test methods (e.g ASTM).Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.Support operations and manufacturing improvements for data center and EV heat transfer fluid products.Maintain proper experimental documentation, sample traceability, and laboratory notebook best practices.Manage incoming samples, sheppard to analytical department, organize, and report results to supervisor/team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, effectively communicating results and insights.Assist in the documentation and intellectual property protection of research findings and experimental procedures.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, biology, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial, chemical laboratory setting (specialty chemical, automotive fluids, cleaning products, petrochemical, etc.)Skills:Proficiency in wet chemistry laboratory techniques.Familiarity with liquid cooling strategies for AI data centers and/or EVsAttention to detail, cleanliness, and organization within the workspaceStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for data reporting and collaboration.Curiosity, willingness to learn, and self-motivated.Flexible, and resilient towards shifting demands and priorities.Why Join Us?Be part of an innovative R&D team shaping the future of EV and Data Center thermal management.Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a commitment to work-life balance.
