Bar Manager/Bartender

Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Casual work attire * Relaxed atmosphere * Lively atmosphere ```Duties``` - Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. - Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service. - Create and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests. - Monitor and enforce compliance with all health and safety regulations. - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for guests. - Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating inventory levels. - Knowledge of bartending techniques, including mixing cocktails, pouring beer, and serving wine. - Experience in food truck or event management is desirable. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
