Field Superintendent

Commercial Field Superintendents Must have at least 5 years experience as Superintendent for General Contractor commercial building snd build outs and additions/renovations. Experience as a tradesman is a plus Work with PM and support staff to coordinate all trades Develop and maintain schedule's (Microsoft Project) and budget's Conduct sub-contractor coordination meetings and develop meeting minutes, maintain daily reports Read and comprehend building plans and drawings Computer skills, competent with Excel Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift Work Location: Multiple locations
