Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Denver, CO, with the flexibility of occasional work-from-home opportunities. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with trade contractors, overseeing inspections, and ensuring logistics and expediting processes are conducted efficiently. The Project Manager will lead key operations, ensure projects align with client expectations, and promote a culture of safety and quality in every phase of the construction process. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, team leadership, and budget oversightSkills in Expediting and Expeditor roles, ensuring timely project progress and resource availabilityExperience in Inspection and quality control to maintain compliance with safety and performance standardsCompetence in Logistics Management, including supply chain coordination and resource allocationStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholdersExperience with construction management software is a plusBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related fieldProject Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is desirable
