You will lead a team of Project Success Managers. Your mandate is to ensure that every project is set up correctly from the start, executed with discipline, and delivered in a way that drives repeat business.We are looking for a people leader who owns outcomes, not just execution.This is not a traditional project management role. You will define how Sales hands off work, how teams execute, and how clients experience Gallery from contract through completion.What You’ll Do Lead the TeamLead, develop, and hold accountable a team of Project Success ManagersUnify two separate project management groups into a single cohesive teamSet the standard for execution, communication, and ownership across all projectsCoach, and give direct feedback, elevating overall team capability using project management best practicesDefine and Build the Gallery Delivery StandardDesign and implement a repeatable project management and communication model across all projects Establish clear expectations for scope definition, handoffs, and execution Create consistency in how projects are launched, managed, and completed across multiple product lines Continuously refine processes based on performance, client feedback, and scaleImprove coordination across Sales, Engineering, Production, and Field teams Create clarity in roles, responsibilities, and communication across projects Use data and performance insights to drive continuous improvement Hold teams accountable across functions, not just within direct reportsOwn Sales → Delivery Alignment (Core Focus)Define and enforce clear handoff standards between Sales and Project DeliveryImprove deal quality by ensuring scope, timelines, and expectations are fully aligned before executionIdentify and resolve breakdowns in scope, communication, and ownershipAct as the escalation point and drive resolutionLead the Client ExperienceServe as the senior point of accountability for client delivery experience Build trust with clients through proactive communication and consistent execution Navigate complex stakeholder environments including owners, operators, architects, and partners Ensure issues are addressed early and resolved in a way that protects long-term relationshipsWhat We’re Looking ForProven operator with experience leading complex project delivery in construction, manufacturing, or design-build environmentsStrong financial acumen with experience owning project-level margins and cost controlExperienced project manager with proven success managing complex projects from end to end.Experience bridging Sales and Delivery to improve execution and outcomes for clients Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose root causes and implement scalable solutionsComfortable in ambiguity while creating structure and accountabilityDirect communicator with high-standards and a team-first mind setWhy This Role MattersThis role defines how Gallery delivers for its clients.It directly impacts margin, client satisfaction, and our ability to scale.
