Revenue Analyst

Century Group's logistics client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join our finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to develop their skills in billing and financial analysis. The Junior Billing Analyst will support the billing process, ensure accurate invoicing, and assist in resolving billing issues, contributing to the overall financial health of the company. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $70,000 to $75,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and issuing accurate invoices to customers based on master service agreements. Review billing practices to guarantee accurate revenue recognition and invoicing. Prepare for financial audits by ensuring procedural compliance in revenue reporting and collection. Oversee bookkeeping practices and facilitate the collection of outstanding payments. Assist with preparing weekly financial reviews and contribute to financial analysis. Prevent payment delays by handling account queries and complaints in a timely manner. Manage the accounting mailbox for all customer-related matters. Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency. Work closely with the sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless billing operations. Provide support to senior revenue analysts and other team members as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant logistics industry experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Motivation to master accounting, data analysis, and ERP software. Working knowledge of accounting practices and industry regulations. Keen attention to detail.
