Adecco is partnering with a local client in West Bend, Wisconsin to find reliable shipping/receiving associates on 1st shift.Pay: $18 to $20+ (Based on Experience)**PLUS opportunity for multiple increases within first yearShift: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm (OT may extend end time or include work on Saturdays)Some of the benefits include:Competitive PayAir Conditioned FacilityPotential for Pay Increase and Advancement Opportunities After Hire OnFree Health ClinicOn-the-job trainingAND MORE!OverviewThe Shipping/Receiving Associate, reporting to the Manager, is responsible for ensuring supplies are received in and inventoried, and maintaining recordsResponsibilities*uses material handling dollies, forklifts and other equip for loading/unloading or inbound/outbound freight*inspects contents/quality of inbound materials*checks supplier invoice to ensure all items are accounted for*maintains quality records for all materials*communicates with purchasing department to resolve any receipt discrepancies*stores, restocks and shelves delivery items on shop floor*processes location transfers for materials moving to another shop floor location*completes and maintains all required paperworkEntry Level, but exp with shipping, receiving or BOTH preferredQualificationsExperience in a technical environment (light electrical or heavy equipment assembly preferred).Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.Attention to detail, self-motivation, and multitasking ability.Good finger and hand dexterity.Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.1+ yr forklift experienceStable work history with good longevity at past jobs strongly preferred.GOOD ATTENDANCE IS A MUST!**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
