Delivery Lead / Business Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Delivery Lead / Business Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.This role supports new engagements across the CFO and Treasury domain, requiring a highly organized professional to lead delivery efforts while also performing deep analysis, issue triage, and documentation. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and hands-on problem solver with a strong understanding of data analytics and data transformation, able to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for business and technology teams.Responsibilities:Serve as a Delivery Lead supporting end-to-end execution across CFO/Treasury initiativesDrive planning, delivery coordination, and execution across cross-functional teamsLead issue triage and resolution efforts, ensuring timely escalation, tracking, and closureDevelop and maintain detailed documentation including requirements, workflows, process maps, status updates, and issue logsPartner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into clear deliverables for technology teamsInterface effectively with the end-user community, leadership stakeholders, and SDLC teams (engineering, QA, data, product, etc.)Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, gaps, and risksCreate structured reporting and communicate key findings through organized summaries and presentationsEnsure delivery milestones, dependencies, and risks are clearly communicated and actively managedRequirements:Strong experience as a Delivery Lead, Business Analyst, Project Lead, or Program Delivery professional in complex enterprise environmentsProven ability to act as an expert communicator, with demonstrated success in:Problem solving and issue triageDetailed documentation and process enablementDriving clarity in ambiguous environmentsExcellent presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to both business and technical audiencesStrong understanding of data analytics, data transformation, and reporting conceptsAbility to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and clearly structured deliverablesHigh attention to detail and strong organizational disciplineAbility to drive conversations across multiple stakeholder groups while maintaining delivery momentumDesired skills:Prior experience in a similar large financial institutionBackground in accounting, finance, economics, or Treasury operationsExperience supporting audits and regulatory initiatives (internal or external)Familiarity with regulatory/audit frameworks including:MRA / MRIARIAI / SIAIExperience supporting risk, controls, or compliance-related initiatives within financial servicesPay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
