Service Delivery Engineer (MS365/ Azure)

Location:Charlotte, NCSalary Range:Competitive salary based on experienceIntroductionThe Service Design & Delivery Engineer is responsible for overseeing the delivery of collaboration and productivity solutions, such as the M365 product suite, at the bank. This role requires technical expertise and process knowledge to ensure that collaboration and productivity services are delivered end-to-end with high quality, focusing on user experience, proper processes, and required security and compliance controls.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience with M365 product suite.Technical knowledge of Azure.Experience with Client Information Protection and Purview projects.Strong project management skills, including task management, risk assessment, and dependency tracking.Experience in managing user migration, communication, and training programs.Preferred Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of service management measures and KPIs.Ability to prepare briefing notes, reports, program updates, and action plans for senior management.Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesManage overall program execution and health, including tasks, risks, dependencies, and impediments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize tasks, and track deliverables to closure.Engage and support bank and vendor teams to define critical tasks and inter-dependencies needed for delivery.Track watch items, issues, and risks with mitigation plans for resolution before implementation.Document improvement plans as necessary during the course of delivery.Company Benefits & CultureComprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Inclusive and collaborative work environment.For immediate consideration, please click APPLY to begin the screening process.
