We are seeking a strong operational leader to oversee a large multifamily community in North Charleston, SC.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who knows how to lead teams, drive occupancy, maximize financial performance, and create an exceptional resident experience.What You'll DoLead and develop leasing and maintenance teams to achieve property goalsOversee all daily operations including leasing, resident retention, collections, and curb appealDrive occupancy and financial performance through strong operational leadershipManage budgets, reporting, renewals, vendor relationships, and expense controlEnsure work orders, unit turns, inspections, and make-readies are completed efficientlyBuild strong resident relationships and maintain high customer satisfactionEnsure compliance with Fair Housing and all federal, state, and local regulationsPartner closely with maintenance leadership to maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained communityWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience as a Property ManagerMUST have experience managing large multifamily communities of 500+ unitsStrong background in leasing, marketing, resident retention, and operationsProven leadership experience managing onsite teamsStrong financial and budgeting experienceExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsCALP required | CAM preferredSC Property Manager license requiredIf you're a driven Property Manager ready to lead a high-performing team and take ownership of a large multifamily community, we'd love to hear from you!#ZIPDHBG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
