This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed South Carolina real estate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and supporting sales success.The Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in helping the Kiawah Island Real Estate team achieve annual sales goals while ensuring operational excellence, exceptional client service, and a positive office culture.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Broker-in-Charge to support the KIRE Sales Team in achieving annual sales goalsAssist with daily office operations across multiple real estate officesMaintain strong working knowledge of Propertybase CRM reporting capabilitiesSupport the development and implementation of office procedures and policiesAssist with onboarding and training of new agentsWork closely with the Brokerage Listings Manager to ensure listings are activated in a timely mannerSupport custom Propertybase reporting and report trainingCoordinate with the Marketing Team on priorities and deliverablesHelp manage and resolve client concerns and complaints professionally and efficientlyIdentify opportunities to improve administrative systems and workflowsEnsure all office spaces reflect the high standards of the KIRE brandManage and execute office and capital improvement projects as neededLeadership & Team DevelopmentHire, retain, and manage the real estate support team across three officesFoster a collaborative, positive, and professional office cultureProvide ongoing training, coaching, and development for support staffAddress employee relations matters in partnership with Human ResourcesMentor team members and encourage operational excellenceQualifications & SkillsActive South Carolina real estate license requiredStrong knowledge of real estate law and brokerage operationsProven leadership and team management experienceExcellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Propertybase CRM preferredStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesHigh attention to detail and customer service orientationProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and DocuSignStrong project management capabilitiesPositive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitudeAcceptable driving record requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to remain seated for extended periods with occasional mobility between offices and around Kiawah IslandFrequent use of computers and office equipment requiring fine motor skillsAbility to read documents and computer screens with close visual focusAbility to communicate effectively in person and by phoneOccasional lifting of office supplies or files up to 25 poundsWhy Join Kiawah Island Real Estate?At Kiawah Island Real Estate, you'll be part of a respected and collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in one of the country's most beautiful coastal communities.
