*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
*Responsibilities*
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members
- Coordinate schedules, meetings , and training arrangements
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Manage office operations and maintain organized filing systems
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the team
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed including payroll reports
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
*Experience*
The successful candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in administrative or personal assistant roles
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on meeting needs promptly
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and office management procedures
- Ability to provide executive administrative support effectively
- Excellent project coordination skills with attention to detail
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Excel
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Simple Accounting skills to assist with payroll and other budgeting tasks
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $12.72 - $14.55 per hour
