Marketing Analyst - Company Wide

This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of the Marketing organization of this revolutionary retail concept in the Northeast Ohio area. We are looking for a HIGHLY MOTIVATED Marketing associate that can manage our Digital Marketing activities - Owning our social media, collaborating on Creative, and analyzing the impact of our marketing spend across the store chain. We are hiring a results-driven person responsible for this new Marketing role and the execution of the instagram, Facebook, Tick Tok and website pages. The successful candidate must be able to manage the on-line social media with customers to enhance engagement, create reach, and drive traffic to the stores. The successful candidate will coordinate with our in-store operations teams, and work closely with the management team to run new social programs and increase reach and impact of our marketing dollars. Responsibilities and Duties: *Work with management to implement our social media and marketing to expand both in-store and on-line store traffic and optimize profitability. *Create marketing calendar and programs to drive impact for weekly programs, seasonal programs and increased engagement *Execute a digital spend budget that can be analyzed to drive impact and new reach *Help to measure customer satisfaction through various information channels *Work with the owner to set the direction for new programs/initiatives *Assist with the creation of social posts and stories *Create and manage digital advertising initiatives *Propose innovative ideas to increase on-line product appearance, selection, and overall satisfaction of on-line shopping *Be a shining example of well-behavior and high performance. Skills and Qualifications: The successful marketing associate will use a variety of soft skills, technology and social media knowledge to develop a high performance social media and digital marketing program *Highly motivated to deliver strong work performance and interested in job growth opportunities *Strong social media and technology skills with Instagram , Facebook, Tick Tok, Google, and other social media marketing platforms *Personal and easy to work with *Customer management skills *Strong organizational skills *Strong communication and interpersonal skills *Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment *Retail experience would be a benefit *Minimum of a B.S in marketing We are looking forward to reading your application.
