Your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately in both languages ensures that families fully understand their options, feel support throughout the process, and receive services without barriers. What you will be doing daily to serve the community; Interviewing clients and helping them complete applications as needed Researching and reviewing cases in NC FAST and OnBase Entering late recertifications into NC FAST Assisting clients with questions in person, by phone, and via email Identifying concerns or potential safety issues and alerting appropriate staff Scanning and uploading client documents into OnBase Providing backup support to Customer Service Representatives at the front desk, including client registration Offering referrals to appropriate resources to ensure clients get the help they needThis role is more than a job — it's an opportunity to contribute to the well‑being of our community and ensure that every resident, regardless of language or background, can access critical support.
