Must be able to obtain a Secret Security clearanceJob DescriptionYou will be the Associate Manager Quality Engineering (Cable/Harness/Assembly) for the Quality Assurance team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality electronic assemblies, machined and welded parts, and safety‑critical systems for defense and commercial customers.What You Will Be DoingAs the Associate Manager Quality Engineering (Cable/Harness/Assembly) you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance function that supports the Cable/Harness & Electro‑Mechanical Assembly area.Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited ToSupervise direct reports, including career development, performance reviews, and staffing.Oversee quality‑engineering work assignments such as quoting, capacity planning, budgeting, and capital planning.Lead internal and external IPT meetings, corrective‑action boards, and quality‑metric reviews.Implement mistake‑proofing, continuous‑improvement initiatives, and ISO 9001/AS9100 compliance.Collaborate with other Lockheed Martin sites to harmonize processes and achieve mission success.Why Join UsThe ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a strong focus on quality excellence and continuous improvement. Experience with quality assurance in a manufacturing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience leading a group of technical individuals.
