The role is a contract.About the RoleThis is a hands-on design and development role focused on building high-impact eLearning experiences, simulations, and microlearning within a complex, fast-moving environment. You'll work across Storyline, video, and microlearning platforms to create engaging, scalable learning solutions while leveraging Generative AI to accelerate development and enhance learner outcomes.What You'll DoDesign and develop interactive eLearning courses and assessment templates in Articulate StorylineBuild tax form simulations, scenario-based learning, and gamified experiencesPublish and test content within LMS environments (Docebo preferred)Create training videos using Synthesia and develop AI-generated narration scriptsEmbed video into Storyline courses and microlearning experiencesDesign and publish microlearning using the 7taps platformPartner with SMEs, Product Design, and LMS/Operations teams to develop and launch learning plansLeverage Generative AI tools for storyboard development, scenario creation, and content generationMaintain, update, and enhance courses across multiple learning modalitiesTrack project progress and maintain Jira tickets in an agile workflowMust-Have SkillsAdvanced Articulate Storyline (Articulate 360) developmentStrong JavaScript skills for custom triggers, logic, and gamificationExperience building interactive eLearning and assessmentsExperience working within an LMS (Docebo preferred)Familiarity with Synthesia and 7tapsExperience leveraging Generative AI tools in instructional design workflowsExperience with Jira or similar project management toolsWhat Sets You ApartAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong systems thinking and ability to design for scaleComfort navigating ambiguity and shifting prioritiesHigh attention to detail with a strong learner focusAI-forward mindset and passion for modern learning designWhy This RoleYou'll help build next-generation learning experiences combining Storyline, AI, video, and microlearning to deliver scalable, high-impact training.Know someone great?
