Role Overview:As an Outside Sales Executive, you will focus on promoting the Genius POS and payment technology platform to small and mid-sized merchants aimed at modernizing their operations. You will manage the entire sales cycle from identifying prospects to negotiating deals and closing sales, supported by experienced sales leaders. What Makes This Role Exciting:Provide modern fintech and POS solutions to aid local businesses in their growth. Work across multiple sectors, including retail and services, broadening your reach and opportunities. Key Responsibilities:Develop a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking. Maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce and Atlas CRM. Who We're Looking For:B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or merchant services. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated and competitive, with a strong desire to spend 75% or more of your time out in the field. Compensation & Benefits:On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 - $152,000 Base Salary: $50,000 per year Monthly and quarterly bonuses plus residual income.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k.Long-Term Earnings Potential: Enjoy a steady flow of residuals and bonuses. You will handle every aspect of the sales process: from prospecting to live demos, negotiations, and closing deals, all while receiving coaching and backing from seasoned District Managers.
