Position Summary Our client is seeking a Billing Specialist to support high-volume service billing operations in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, supporting accounts receivable and collections, and partnering closely with operational teams to maintain billing accuracy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing complex billing structures across multiple customers. Key Responsibilities Process and manage high-volume service billing, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing Review service contracts, work orders, and documentation to confirm billing rates, terms, and PO compliance Partner closely with Project Managers and operational leaders to ensure billing inputs are complete and accurate Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams and external customers Support B2B accounts receivable and collections as needed Maintain organized billing and AR records to support reporting, audits, and compliance Prepare billing reports, AR aging, and account status updates Manage customer-specific billing structures and rate complexity Contribute to process improvements as billing operations scale Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in high-volume service billing or accounts receivable Strong ERP system experience (Sage Intacct preferred; comparable systems acceptable) Exceptional attention to detail and billing accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Degree not required Why This Opportunity?
