To view more details of what you can look forward to, visit our careers page:Osaic Benefits.Summary: The Relationship Manager position is responsible for meeting service expectations, ensuring the accuracy of client account administrative activities, and developing collaborative relationships with clients and Wealth Managers. This role is responsible for creating a compelling client experience and providing a high level of service throughout the client lifecycle.Responsibilities: Provide accurate, timely, and effective support for clients, including processing account paperwork and addressing client inquiries and problemsProcess and follow up on account paperwork, set up client accounts, maintain client files and records, and generate appropriate portfolio reports for client meetingsPromptly and effectively address client inquiries and requests and provide proactive communication and information, as appropriate. Research and resolve problems and appropriately escalate opportunities to the Wealth ManagersComplete cashiering responsibilities and ACH/wire/check requestsBuild and maintain effective internal working relationships and support teamwork in meeting company goalsProvide support to Wealth Managers structured in a team environmentProvide assistance to other departments across the firm as neededInitiate and/or participate in projects and/or initiatives as appropriate with the intent of continual improvement in processes, client experience, etc.Build and maintain effective relationships with clientsEducation Requirements: Bachelor's degree is preferredBasic Requirements: 1-3 years of client service experience in financial services or a similar industryExperience with Microsoft Office Word and advanced knowledge of ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skillsExceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work with diverse personalitiesStrong problem solving skillsDemonstrated integrity and ability to maintain confidentialityPreferred Requirements: Experience in financial services or client service rolesFoundational understanding of investment and planning conceptsRegistered Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) is preferable but not requiredInterest in pursuing professional certifications such as CFPCurrent Employees and Contractors Apply Here
