Learn more about our practice at.Key Responsibilities:Conduct Assessments: Evaluate the needs and dynamics of clients through initial assessments and ongoing evaluations.Facilitate Therapy Sessions: Lead individual psychotherapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue.Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create personalized therapy plans that address specific relationship issues.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.Collaboration: Connect and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (i.e., doulas, massage therapists, yoga teachers and energy healers)Utilize Therapeutic Techniques: Implement evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) or other relevant modalities.Monitor Progress: Regularly assess clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.Provide Resources: Offer clients tools, resources, and coping strategies to enhance their relationship skills and overall well-being.Maintain Confidentiality: Ensure that all client information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.Stay Informed: Keep abreast of the latest research and developments in individual and couples therapy and relationship counseling.Collaborate with Other Professionals: Work alongside other professionals at Intuit Healing to provide comprehensive care.Qualifications:Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.Licensure: Valid state licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCP, or Licensed Psychologist) to practice therapy.
