Enable tailored technical solutions by bridging client requirements with innovative technologies, ensuring seamless integration, efficiency, and operational success across diverse business environments.About the TeamWhat makes this opportunity exceptional is our collaborative culture—you'll build deep technical expertise while developing cross-functional relationships that span the organization.ResponsibilitiesDesigning next generation communication solutions for Zoom customersConducting demonstrations and POCs (proof of concept) for prospective and existing Zoom customersTranslating customer problems into technical solutions and business outcomesCommunicating strategic value of Zoom over offersPreparing responses to RFQ/RFPsWorking cross-functionally within Zoom to deliver customer happinessLearning and growing with Zoom's platform as it constantly and rapidly evolvesWhat we're looking forBring 1-2 years of technical experience in SaaS technologiesDemonstrate business acumen and excellent communication skillsHave SaaS Sales, Customer Success, or Tech Support experienceCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively across diverse audiencesUnderstand solution sales and the sales cycleBe flexible and able to function in a high growth environmentBe adaptive to the rapid changes and enhancements of an AI powered UCaaS solution across all product linesHave knowledge in UCaaS and ISV market.
