Director of Talent Acquisition
A large, nationally recognized service organization is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead a high-volume, field-focused recruiting function supporting a distributed workforce across multiple regions.This is a highly visible leadership role with executive exposure and the opportunity to help shape recruiting strategy, leadership development, and talent programs across the organization.The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who has experience managing large-scale recruiting operations in fast-paced, multi-site environments such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, or other distributed workforce organizations.What You’ll Be Doing:Talent Acquisition LeadershipLead and develop a team of approximately ~15 field recruitersCoach, mentor, and elevate recruiting leadership capabilities across the teamBuild strong partnerships with regional operational leadership and executive stakeholdersDrive accountability, performance metrics, and recruiting effectivenessHigh-Volume Recruiting StrategyOversee large-scale recruiting operations supporting thousands of hires annuallyDevelop scalable recruiting processes, workforce planning strategies, and talent pipelinesImprove recruiting operations, systems, and candidate experience initiativesPartner with HR and Operations leadership on long-term hiring strategiesExecutive & Salaried RecruitingPersonally support recruitment efforts for higher-level salaried and leadership rolesPartner closely with regional SVPs and executive leadership teamsServe as a strategic advisor to business leaders across multiple marketsOrganizational ImpactHelp shape broader talent and leadership development initiativesBuild programs and processes with strong executive sponsorship and visibilityContribute beyond recruiting into overall employee lifecycle and talent strategyQualifications:Previous Director-level Talent Acquisition leadership experienceExperience supporting organizations with 7,000+ hires annuallyBackground in industries such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, or multi-site service organizationsProven success managing high-volume recruiting operationsStrong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience partnering directly with executive and operational leadership teamsWhy This Opportunity?High visibility role with executive partnershipStrong support and investment from leadershipOpportunity to build programs and influence strategyAbility to grow and develop a recruiting organization at scaleBroader impact across the employee lifecycle beyond recruiting alone
