Human Resources Director - Greater Philadelphia A global medical manufacturing organization is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team! Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for building and leading an HR function that supports scale, execution, and a performance-driven culture within a highly regulated environment. This opportunity requires an on-site presence, 5 days/week!This role will offer between $160,000-175,000 + bonus What You'll DoBuild and lead the HR function aligned to business strategy, growth goals, and regulatory requirementsTranslate company priorities into focused people strategies across hiring, development, and successionPartner closely with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen accountability, performance, and leadership effectivenessDesign and implement practical HR processes that support speed while meeting compliance and quality standardsOversee recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relationsSupport post-acquisition integration and organizational scaling in a regulated manufacturing environmentEnsure compliance with U.S. and applicable international labor laws, industry regulations, and internal quality systemsLeverage meaningful HR metrics to improve talent decisions and workforce planningWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree required; Master's preferred10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments requiredMust be willing to be on-site 5 days/weekProven experience supporting growth, change, and executive leadership teamsStrong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR systems within regulated industriesSound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively with ambiguityFor immediate consideration, qualified and interested candidates may reach out directly to Kelly Lucey at klucey@daleyaa.com
