Responsibilities include managing customer orders, handling inquiries, coordinating with logistics/vendors, resolving billing and delivery issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting operational KPIs.Requirements:High School Diploma or some college1+ year of customer service/order processing experience preferred (handling end to end transactions in Quote to Bill).Strong communication, problem-solving, and data entry skillsExperience with ERP, Salesforce, and MS Office preferredAbility to work under pressure and handle customer concerns professionally.
