Plastics OperatorLocation: Souderton, PA Pay: $20-23 Shift & Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM 2-2-3 schedule (12-hour shifts)Plastics Operator Responsibilities:Operate high-speed automated assembly and injection molding equipment safely and efficientlyLoad and monitor raw material inputs for assembly and injection molding machinesPerform daily and weekly Cleaning ScheduleReplenish raw material stock to support continuous productionOffload, inspect, and package finished products according to quality standardsMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasPerform other assigned duties to support production goalsPlastics Operator Requirements:Minimum of 1 year experience operating automated manufacturing equipmentMechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic troubleshootingBasic computer skills, including Microsoft OutlookAbility to follow production schedules and department procedures
