Project Manager - Ground-Up Retail Construction

They maintain a steady pipeline of retail projects and offer a supportive, growth-focused environment for construction professionals.Job DescriptionLead all phases of ground-up retail construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.Oversee subcontractor selection, contract management, and performance.Maintain accurate documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.Facilitate project meetings, coordinate with architects and engineers, and maintain strong client relationships.Drive project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover packages.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
