They maintain a consistent pipeline of retail builds and offer a supportive environment for professional growth.Job DescriptionAssist in managing all phases of ground-up retail construction projects.Support scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project documentation.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and field teams.Maintain RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders.Conduct site walks to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to plans.Help oversee project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
