Full Stack Engineer

Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a motivated, career-oriented, and customer-focused Full Stack Developer to join our team. The Full Stack Developer will support the development of both front-end (JavaScript/React) and back-end (Java/Spring) applications using DevSecOps best practices. The team will be responsible for operations and maintenance activities, as well as standardizing complex, large-scale, internet-facing websites and IT systems within an AWS cloud environment. Utilizing forward-thinking, modern, open-source technologies and managed cloud services, the project emphasizes strong customer engagement to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.DutiesDesign, build, and maintain enterprise Java/JEE backend services using Spring and Spring BootDevelop and maintain front-end applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React, consuming JSON-based APIsContainerize and deploy services using Docker, and manage orchestration with Kubernetes and Helm chartsBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Harness, Jenkins) to automate testing, security scanning, and deployment in a DevSecOps environmentDesign and support applications running in enterprise-scale AWS environmentsWrite and execute automated tests using frameworks such as Selenium, Artillery, Insomnia, TDD, and BDDModify and enhance reports, including queries, filters, and input parametersWork closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into high-quality, secure solutionsParticipate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and communicate progress and blockers clearlyDebug and resolve issues in existing code to ensure smooth, secure application operationPerform code reviews to uphold code quality, coverage, and coding standardsCollaborate with QA to identify, triage, and resolve defectsMonitor application performance in production and implement improvementsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, IT, or any related field5+ years of relevant work experience supporting complex projectsStrong knowledge and experience in:Java / JEE enterprise application developmentSpring Framework and Spring BootContainerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm chartsBuilding enterprise-scale applications in AWS cloud environmentsCI/CD pipeline experience with at least one DevSecOps automation tool such as Jenkins or HarnessJavaScript / TypeScriptReact and related front-end librariesSQLDesigning and consuming JSON APIsAutomated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Artillery, Insomnia, TDD, and BDDAgile software development methodologies and toolsSelf-starter with the ability to seek clarification when necessary and identify personal training needsProven ability to communicate progress and identify blockers during scrum ceremoniesAbility to understand business requirementsPreferredPostgreSQLGit / GitHubExperience with microservices architecture and large-scale distributed systemsSplunkJasper Reports (including testing across multiple environments)Amazon AuroraAmazon RedshiftApache TomcatAWS ECSAWS S3RancherVS CodeKnowledge of SAFe
