This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Technical Support & Troubleshootingo Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issueso Provide on-site support for restaurant staff• Installation & Maintenanceo HW and SW install and configuration experienceo Perform quarterly preventative maintenance (some after-hours required)• Networking & Cable Managemento Terminate, test, and replace network cables (Cat5/Cat6/Cat7)o Organize and manage cable layouts for optimal performance• Training & Documentationo Train restaurant staff on new systemso Maintain accurate records of support requests and configurations• Asset & Inventory Managemento Track hardware, software licenses, and inventory levelso Assist with rollout and upgrade projects• Security & Infrastructureo Maintain secure and efficient network infrastructureo Support online ordering and delivery platformsRequirements:Qualifications:• Technical Skillso Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and cable installationo Experience with restaurant technologies preferred• Drivingo Approximate miles per day driving - 100o Candidate must live within 15 miles of Philadelphia, PA 19145• Certificationso CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred (or 5+ years of relevant experience)• Physical Requirementso Able to lift up to 50 lbs and use a ladder (up to 10 ft reach)o General contractor skills (drill usage, etc.).
