The Lead Data Scientist will oversee complex data projects, design and implement advanced machine learning models, and extract actionable insights from large datasets. Responsibilities include leading data analysis initiatives, creating predictive models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior data scientists. The ideal candidate will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Qualifications Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Statistical ModelingProficiency in Programming Languages such as Python, R, or SQLSkilled in Data Visualization and tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similarExperience in Big Data Platforms, including Hadoop, Spark, or similar technologiesAbility to conduct Data Analysis, Data Cleaning, and design Predictive ModelsKeen problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindsetExcellent leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring team membersMaster's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Previous experience in the IT or professional training sector is a plus
