Role Description We are seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd Shift at our Livingston, TN location. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, and maintaining optimal workflow efficiency. The Production Supervisor will lead a team, oversee daily operations, ensure production goals are met, address challenges, and maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectivelyExperience in Production Planning and managing Production SchedulesProficient in Production Management with a focus on meeting goals and enhancing efficiencyExcellent Communication skills for collaboration and team coordinationProven problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions under pressureExperience in automotive manufacturing or similar industry is an assetHigh school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferredWorking knowledge of safety protocols and quality assurance processes
