Bilingual Onsite SPM / Warehouse Lead in Livingston, TN (M-F, 4PM - 1AM)Staff Performance Manager / Warehouse Supervisor Second Shift (M-F, 4PM - 1AM) Bilingual: English / Spanish On-Site: Livingston, TN The SPM serves as the primary onsite partner for the client, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring staffing operations run smoothly each day. This role builds strong relationships with client leaders and associates, proactively addresses needs, and provides accurate reporting, onboarding, and associate support. The ideal candidate is hands?on, solution?oriented, and committed to creating a positive experience for both clients and employees.Your OpportunityAnticipate staffing requirements and expectations; develops value-added services to support changing client needsCoordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring of individuals for assignmentMaintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing is accurateProvide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports at the client's requestManage employee relations at the site - including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviewsConduct onsite orientation, safety trainingFacilitate the initial treatment and reporting of workers' compensation incidentsParticipate in scheduled service reviews at client siteAct as the liaison between the branch office and the clientDeliver superior customer service and develop relationships with supervisors and associatesOther duties as assignedYour attributesHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredExceptional customer service and communication skills requiredStaffing and CRM experience preferredExperience in coaching and managing othersProficiency in Microsoft Excel - Strong Reporting Skills RequiredProblem-solving skillsHigh levels of motivation and self-directionWillingness to work after hours and on weekends if necessaryAbility to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a 1st shiftEmployBridge offers a competitive base salary plus monthly bonus potential!
