Repack Supervisor

Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring for Bilingual Repack Supervisor | Production in Dublin, VA.Job Details for Bilingual Repack Supervisor | Production:• $20 / Hour• Weekly Pay• Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays• Frequent Overtime• Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening serviceJob Duties for Bilingual Repack Supervisor | Production:• Oversee and coordinate all repack operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and efficient daily workflow in collaboration with warehouse leadership• Plan and manage daily activities including product and packaging availability, staffing levels, task delegation, and overtime control• Lead, train, and coach employees on production methods, safety standards, company policies, and overall job performance• Monitor and ensure output quality, quantity, packaging accuracy, and labeling compliance with company and customer requirements• Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and packing records while supporting administrative functions and HR processes such as timesheets and PTO• Enforce safety and sanitation standards, identify and resolve hazards, and ensure compliance with all company policies, laws, and regulations• Analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and team success• Manage employee relations including conflict resolution, performance feedback, discipline, and annual reviews in partnership with HR and warehouse leadership• Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Manager on operational performance, staffing, and overall warehouse needs while fostering a positive team environment• Maintain same schedule as repack staff while operating computers and peripherals as needed• Follow all safety requirements including wearing PPE, hairnets, and beard nets at all times• Work primarily in a warehouse environment with cool temperatures and low to moderate noise levels• Follow all policies and safety procedures in placeQualifications and Desired Skills for Bilingual Repack Supervisor | Production:• High school diploma or equivalent; Post-secondary diploma in a related field preferred• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills• Minimum two years of supervisory experience, preferably in the produce industry• Proven ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop teams while organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability skills in a fast-paced team environment• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance• Must be able to lift and/or move 25 lbs• Must be able to stand for long periodsPlease apply by clicking on the link below, then call or text (540) 674-1118.www.LuttrellStaffingGroup.comEOEMeet Your RecruiterCarol MerixBranch ManagerCarol is a Branch Manager for Radford office.
