Job Description The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide appropriate and effective office management, including processing forms, maintaining files, receiving visitors, and scheduling meetings and appointments for the Dean, monitoring college budgets, ordering supplies using eVA, Banner and Cognos, processing budget reports, travel requests, approvals, receiving reports and reimbursements as well as interviewing, training and supervising undergraduate work study students. The Executive Administrative Assistant works closely with all campus offices and departments to support the teaching, research, and service missions of the Artis College of Science and Technology. Required Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of general office policies, practices and equipment. Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. Experience working with multiple tasks, monitoring budgets, and coordinating work of others. Experience interacting with multiple constituencies. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Maintaining confidentiality is required. Preferred Qualifications Executive level administrative support experience. Experience working in an academic environment. Working knowledge of Banner, eVA, COGNOS and PageUp preferred. Experience working with University/State policies and procedures.
